Sepetys’ novels blend meticulous historical research with deeply human storytelling, bringing overlooked moments of the past vividly to life. From the harrowing journey of refugees in Salt to the Sea to the intrigue of codebreaking in The Bletchley Riddle, her work illuminates hidden histories while exploring themes of resilience, identity, and the enduring impact of war. In this webinar, she will take us behind the scenes of her research and writing processes, revealing how she uncovers untold stories and transforms them into powerful narratives.
