AwardSpring Guide

All submissions for ELA awards and grants, whether by student members of Chapter Advisors, must be made via the ELA Honor Society AwardSpring platform.

Video Tutorial:

1. If this is your first time using AwardSpring, you will have to register for an account with your school email address and create a password. On the AwardSpring homepage, scroll down and click on “Register.” If you have submitted before, login with your existing username and password.
2. On the next page, you will see three tabs, “General Information,” “Academic Information,” and “Qualification Questions”. These will allow us to evaluate your eligibility for the awards on offer.
3. In “General Information,” select your state and your school. You must then click “Next Step.”
4. In “Academic Information,” click “Next Step.”
5. In “Qualification Questions,” complete the three-question survey. Once complete, click “Submit Application.”
6. You will then be shown a page listing the awards you can submit to. Click on each, scroll down, answer the required questions, and upload any necessary documents.
7. All information you submit will be automatically saved, so you can return to AwardSpring to complete your application on different occasions.
8. Remember to click “Submit Application” when you are finished.
