We will soon be reaching out to each registered chapter asking them to continue their affiliation with us for another year.
The annual affiliation fee for the ELA Honor Society has been reduced from $150 to $65, so as to ensure that as many chapters as possible can continue to participate.
60 days prior to your reaffiliation date (on the anniversary of your chapter’s enrollment approval), you will receive an email asking you to login to ELA Gateway and start the affiliation process.
You will be asked to confirm which of your students have graduated and will be given the opportunity to update Chapter Advisor details (including adding new Advisors if that is needed) and Principal/Superintendent information. Once completed, you will be directed to a secure page that will allow you to make payment via credit card or school check.
Official PDF invoices (including purchase order numbers, if required by your school/district) and receipts will be generated during this process.
