The first ELA Writing Challenge of the year is underway. We are asking students to choose a quote of no more than one sentence from either Dear Martin (the ELA Big Read Reader) or another book they have recently read that resonates with them. In no more than 100 words they should explain why their chosen quote is important to them and why it had an impact on them.
The deadline for submissions via our ELA AwardSpring platform is November 20, 2023.
