The ELA Honor Society is offering a new fee structure for the coming school year, which will mean large discounts for current ELA Honor Society chapters and both current and new student members!

The ELA Honor Society annual affiliation fee will be reduced by 56% from $150 to $65 for all ELA Honor Society Chapters. The initial start-up fee, which will not affect any current chapters, will remain at $150.
Student fees will change from a $7 annual fee to a $10 one-time fee, which will cover all the years a student is a member of the ELA Honor Society. This will reduce student fees by 29% over the course of two years and by 52% over the course of three years. It will also reduce the work of Chapter Advisors who will not have to repeatedly collect fees from students for every year of their membership.
The $7 paid by any students enrolled during the 2023-2024 school year will count as their one-time fee. They will not have to pay any further fees.
We hope these fee changes will ensure that the ELA Honor Society will continue to grow and develop and be as accessible to students, schools, and districts as it possibly can be.
